WATER BODIES  ( నీటి బాడీలు ) 

a) In water body zone no construction is permitted.

b) No building/ development activity shall be allowed in the bed of water bodies like river, or nala,and in the Full Tank Level (FTL) of any lake, pond, cheruvu or kunta / shikam lands.

c) The above water bodies and courses shall be maintained as recreational/Green buffer zone, and no building activity other than recreational use shall be carried out within

I. 30 meters from the boundary of Lakes of area 10 Ha and above;
II. 9 meters from the boundary of lakes of area less than 10 Ha / kuntas / shikam lands

III. 9 meters from the boundaries of Canal, Vagu, etc.

IV. 2 meters from the defined boundary of Nala.

The above shall be in addition to the mandatory setbacks Unless and otherwise stated, the area and the Full Tank Level (FTL) of a lake / kunta shall be reckoned as measured or given in the Survey of India  topographical maps/Irrigation Dept/Revenue records.

 

ఎ) వాటర్ బాడీ జోన్‌లో నిర్మాణానికి అనుమతి లేదు.

బి) నది, లేదా నాలా వంటి నీటి వనరుల మంచంలో మరియు ఏ సరస్సు, చెరువు, చెరువు లేదా కుంటా / షికం భూముల పూర్తి ట్యాంక్ స్థాయి (ఎఫ్‌టిఎల్) లో భవనం / అభివృద్ధి కార్యకలాపాలు అనుమతించబడవు.

సి) పై నీటి వనరులు మరియు కోర్సులు వినోద / గ్రీన్ బఫర్ జోన్‌గా నిర్వహించబడతాయి మరియు వినోద ఉపయోగం మినహా ఇతర భవన నిర్మాణ కార్యకలాపాలు నిర్వహించబడవు

I. 10 హెక్టార్లు మరియు అంతకంటే ఎక్కువ ఉన్న సరస్సుల సరిహద్దు నుండి 30 మీటర్లు;
II. 10 హ / కుంటాస్ / షికం భూముల కంటే తక్కువ విస్తీర్ణంలోని సరస్సుల సరిహద్దు నుండి 9 మీటర్లు
III. కాలువ, వాగు మొదలైన సరిహద్దుల నుండి 9 మీటర్లు.
IV. నాలా నిర్వచించిన సరిహద్దు నుండి 2 మీటర్లు.


పైన పేర్కొన్నది తప్పనిసరి ఎదురుదెబ్బలకు అదనంగా ఉంటుంది మరియు పేర్కొనకపోతే, ఒక సరస్సు / కుంటా యొక్క విస్తీర్ణం మరియు పూర్తి ట్యాంక్ స్థాయి (ఎఫ్‌టిఎల్) కొలవబడినట్లుగా పరిగణించబడుతుంది లేదా సర్వే ఆఫ్ ఇండియా స్థలాకృతి పటాలు / నీటిపారుదల శాఖ / రెవెన్యూ రికార్డులు .
