Example: Plot are 200 sq yards and with market value of 1000. (market value of your plot will present in your sale deed)
After downloading the excel file
Enter the data in green color columns only .
In first green column (E3),enter your square yards.
In second green column (E5), enter your market value.(market value is present in your registered sale deed )
In third green column (E6), select 14, if open space is not available in your purchased layout, else select 0. Open space details are shown in layout copy.
Above calcutations based on GO No: 131 & 135 , may be some user charges will be added for it.
