ROR

With a view to provide Record of Rights (ROR) in the lands held by the Ryots, and also to give title deeds,the R.O.R. work is taken up in the State as per R.O.R. Act 1971, as amended in 1980, 89 and 1993. Rules wereissued thereon and executive instructions were also issued by the Government, and Commissioner of Survey,Settlements and Land Records,Hyderabad.

 

రైతులు కలిగి ఉన్న భూములలో రికార్డ్ ఆఫ్ రైట్స్ (ROR) ను అందించే ఉద్దేశంతో, మరియు టైటిల్ డీడ్ ఇవ్వడానికి కూడా, R.O.R.ప్రకారం రాష్ట్రంలో పనులు చేపట్టారు. చట్టం 1971, 1980, 89 మరియు 1993 లో సవరించబడింది. దానిపై నియమాలు జారీ చేయబడ్డాయి మరియు ఎగ్జిక్యూటివ్ సూచనలు కూడా ప్రభుత్వం జారీ చేశాయి మరియు సర్వే, సెటిల్మెంట్స్ మరియు ల్యాండ్ రికార్డ్స్ కమిషనర్.

PREPARATION OF REGISTERS

After the notification is issued by the Commissioner, a notice in Form-II has to be issued calling uponthe persons interested to furnish a statement in writing in Form-1A showing the particulars of lands and thenature of their interest. A register in Form-II-A has to be maintained for the claims received.

కమిషనర్ నోటిఫికేషన్ జారీ చేసిన తరువాత, ఫారం -1 లోని ఒక నోటీసును ఫారం -1 ఎలో లిఖితపూర్వకంగా సమర్పించడానికి ఆసక్తి ఉన్న వ్యక్తులను పిలిచి, భూముల వివరాలను మరియు వారి ఆసక్తిని తెలియజేస్తుంది. అందుకున్న క్లెయిమ్‌ల కోసం ఫారం- II-A లోని రిజిస్టర్‌ను నిర్వహించాలి.

340 km Hyderabad Regional Ring Road (RRR) expressway project by NHAI is a proposed 4 lane access-controlled road connecting the towns of Sangareddy, Toopran, Choutuppal, Amangal, and Shankarpally.

 

Northern half  with a length of approx. 164 km is estimated to cost Rs. 9,500-crore and will connect Sangareddy, Narsapur, Toopran, Gajwel, Yadadri, Pragnapur, Bhongir and Choutuppal.

 

Southern half with a length of approx. 182 km is estimated to cost Rs. 6,480-crore and will connect Choutuppal, Ibrahimpatnam, Kandukur, Amangal, Chevella, Shankarpally and Sangareddy.
